Shipping Policy
1. Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on every order, to every country we ship to. No minimum spend required.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During sale periods or busy seasons, processing may take an extra 1–2 days.
3. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, standard delivery times are:
- Australia: 10–20 business days
- New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- United States, United Kingdom, Canada: 12–25 business days
- Other countries: 15–30 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, weather events, or peak shipping periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday).
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information can take 1–3 business days to become active. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, email us at thedeskr@gmail.com and we'll look into it.
5. International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. Some countries may charge customs duties or import taxes on incoming parcels. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We have no control over these fees.
6. Lost or Stuck Packages
If your tracking has shown no movement for 10+ business days, or your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at thedeskr@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and either resend the order or issue a refund where appropriate.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at thedeskr@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
8. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We're not able to redirect parcels once they've been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
9. Changes to Orders
If you need to change or cancel an order, email us at thedeskr@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order may have already been processed and we may not be able to make changes.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Changes to Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
