Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your DESKR products. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return

Email us at thedeskr@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first — returns received without prior approval can't be processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can't be responsible for lost return parcels.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, email us at thedeskr@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll send a replacement or full refund (including return shipping) at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We can't accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

EU Customers — 14 Day Cancellation Right

If you are shopping from the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, provided the item is returned in its original condition.
