Do you ship worldwide? Yes. DESKR ships worldwide with free standard shipping on every order.
Where do you ship from? DESKR orders are shipped from our international fulfilment partners to keep costs low and shipping free for our customers worldwide.
Can I change or cancel my order? We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel, contact us at thedeskr@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, modifications may no longer be possible.
If your order has already shipped, you can return it after delivery in line with our Refund Policy.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for secure checkout.
When will my order be processed? Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1–3 business days. We don't process orders on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take 1–2 days longer.
How long will delivery take? Once dispatched, standard delivery times are:
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- United States, UK, Canada: 12–25 business days
- Other countries: 15–30 business days
These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs, carrier issues, or peak shipping periods.
What if I don't receive my order? If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of dispatch, contact us at thedeskr@gmail.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and either resend the order or issue a full refund.
Will I be charged customs duties or taxes? All prices on our website are in AUD and exclusive of international duties and taxes. Depending on your country's regulations, import duties or customs fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
DESKR is not liable for customs delays or fees. For clarification, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
How do I return an item? To start a return, email thedeskr@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

What if my item is defective, incorrect, or damaged? If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, email thedeskr@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
When will I receive my refund? Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the refund.
If you don't see the refund reflected after 10 business days, contact your bank first, then email us at thedeskr@gmail.com if there's still an issue.
Are your products covered by warranty? All products are covered under the Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees. If a product develops a major fault within a reasonable time, contact us at thedeskr@gmail.com for a replacement or refund.
